SMART DEVICE ASSISTANT
Change your route. Keep control.
Night falls in an unfamiliar city. A warning light appears on the dashboard. In the experience we imagine, your first step is to understand what to do, without calling dozens of numbers.
Owning a car isn't just about getting behind the wheel. Remembering care time, finding the right service, seeking support in an unexpected situation, and keeping track of all of this is part of the journey. MottoMobil was born with the idea of assembling this messy experience in a single vehicle assistant. We want to minimize the task in front of the user: describe your needs, see your options, choose the next step more comfortably.
The first page of this story opened in 2017. The first attempt was unsuccessful, and the idea didn't stop. As we approach 2027, there is a desire to find a more mature answer to the same question behind our re-examination of MottoMobil. We want to solve a problem that the driver really lives with before we make any bigger promises, and then we want to build city-to-city experience that works. This time, continuity is as important as the product itself.
MottoMobil's web platform is on the air. The broader vision we're talking about here is an ecosystem where vehicle knowledge, maintenance history, service discovery and support processes complement each other. We don't claim to offer the same range of services all over the world. Our goal is to create an understandable experience wherever the journey begins. It starts with the user's confidence, with the ability to see why a proposal is being made and who the support they need is coming from.
Does every need involving your vehicle have to start with another search?
The real opportunity is not to keep the driver busy with more notifications, but to take one useful step at the right time. A maintenance record can facilitate subsequent service decisions, and an open service definition can reduce uncertainty. The measure of success for MottoMobil is not the time spent on the screen, but completed tasks that allow the user to safely continue on the path. This view should be directed to every new feature of the product.
THINK OF IT AS A SYSTEM.
Four parts.
One connected experience.
Get to know your vehicle
The profile of the vehicle and the user's shared background form the context of the needs. What information is needed is clearly indicated; instead of re-entering old records, a regular tool file is targeted.
Tell me what you need .
The user describes the need for maintenance, service or roadside assistance in their own sentences. The assistant's job is not to confuse you with technical terms, but to provide clear options that clarify the issue and guide you to the appropriate type of service.
Compare the options
The scope, location and service conditions of the planned experience can be seen in the same flow. The user decides from whom to receive the service; uncertain promises are replaced by a defined service process.
Keep going .
The completed operations can be linked to the vehicle's history and shed light on the next need. The support process becomes visible where it stops; it reduces the user's ability to retell the same story in each interview. That way the context of the needs can be preserved.

POSSIBLE EVERYDAY SCENARIOS
Technology matters
when it touches lives.
Let’s look at the intended experience through everyday life.
In a foreign city
In the imaginary stream, the driver shares its location and needs, following local support options, service scope, and next step from the same location. So the first contact can be more understandable.
When buying a second hand vehicle
The user's authorized maintenance records are collected in a regular file. The next decision is less dependent on messaging and remembered dates. The source of the records can be clearly seen.
Running the daily fleet
A small business can monitor the maintenance needs of vehicles in common view. The target is an arrangement that does not require the operation team to establish a separate tracking habit for each vehicle. Everyone's responsibility can be seen.
How to change your name / MottoMobil
Today's experience,
What's tomorrow's business?
What tasks can the experience in this work accomplish with new tools?
Experience at the service desk can be turned into the knowledge of a smart assistant.
When an assistant like MottoMobil comes along, the whole job of a service consultant might not be the same. Writing the maintenance record to different screens, reclassifying what the driver tells you, and giving simple status updates can be more automated. In contrast, it may be important to place the vehicle problem in the correct position, explain the scope of the service, and refer the unsolved situation to the correct expert. The local knowledge of the road assistance call centre employee, the work experience of the service operation employee and the language learnt by the master in the field are valuable in this transformation. New roles can be set up with people who will transfer this experience to a digital system; rather than learning to look at a screen, you need to understand whether the suggestion on the screen fits the driver's real needs.
A person who hears that the same problem has been discussed in different phrases for years in the service can bring these examples to the assistant's training. During the day, he examines misunderstood requests, allows technical jargon to be translated into the driver's language, and checks new answers with experts. The ability to ask good questions and point to the right person combines with knowledge of data editing and AI output evaluation.
Instead of opening the phone and rewriting all the information, it can check for missing automatically generated demands. It monitors the service provider's assignment, provides the driver with understandable information, and holds the fault accountable. Her quiet communication and local operational knowledge from her previous job, along with her ability to interpret task screens, form the foundation of her new job.
It checks which services new service records actually offer, corrects ambiguous statements of scope, and reviews feedback from completed work. It collects information to determine if a recording is ready for broadcast. The discretion used between the previous appointment and the paperwork here preserves the accuracy of the service data and the driver's expectations together.
Where's the new business idea? The opportunity for a service business may not just be to advertise on the platform. Preparing regular service logs, providing a clear history of the vehicle, and solving the driver's footsteps can become separate services. The first discovery could be to find out why service and driver have different expectations in the same job, and the value of the product is understood when this gap really decreases.

The change of tasks depends on the scope of the service; there is a need for relevant expertise in technical instrument interventions.

Around the world today
how far have we come?
The web platform of MottoMobil is accessible. There are also in-car assistants and app ecosystems around the world, like Android Auto. The product range is different.
The difference is not just being an assistant; it combines local service and roadside assistance processes into a reliable user experience. Global access is a proven growth target.

A BIG VISION. A MEASURABLE FIRST STEP.
What could we
try first?
Identify the vehicle problem that users encounter most often in a single city; measure the completeness of the flow of service and support, satisfaction, and reuse.

Questions worth asking.
Is MottoMobil available at this time?
MottoMobil's web address is available and can be accessed. The integrated vehicle assistant described on this page describes a broader product vision. A service should be evaluated on the basis of current information on the relevant platform in which region and scope it is offered; it is not offered as if there is a global physical service network. The current scope shall also be clearly stated.
What makes a retest of MottoMobil meaningful?
The 2017 experiment is the starting point for this project. The value of the new approach will not only come from adding artificial intelligence; it will come from choosing a narrower problem, listening to the driver, and repeatedly improving the flow of service that works. The decision to proceed must be supported by measurable benefits. The learners should be guided to their next developmental decisions.
Will AI make all the decisions for the driver?
In the design approach, AI organizes information and makes options understandable. Decisions such as service selection, cost and sharing of personal data should be viewable and managed by the user. The assistant is thought to enhance the driver's control. It should be easy to reject the suggestion or choose a different path.
