SMART DRONE TRACKING AND LOGISTICS

What if a second city worked above us?

A parcel is being prepared. Everyone involved can follow its journey. In DronFast’s vision, the sky becomes one of the missing connections between an order and its arrival.

The quick delivery of an order doesn't depend on a single flying device. The package must be prepared, the mission must be assigned to the right vehicle, the route must be appropriate, the point of delivery must be understood, and the buyer must be able to see what is happening. We think of DronFast as a digital logistics layer that establishes these invisible connections. The goal is to turn air transport from a demonstration moment to an operation that businesses can follow, manage and understand their problems.

DronFast's web platform is in broadcast; the extensive physical delivery network is a target to be assessed separately from being in that broadcast. The future scenario here is the ability of different flight systems to work with shared mission and tracking information. For a restaurant, warehouse, or technical service, the question is the same: Where is the package, what's in order, and if there's a malfunction, which team will be in charge? The interface should answer these questions.

We don't see the goal of faster delivery as pushing for the shortest flight in any case. A task completed safely, a consistent delivery record, and an open chain of responsibility are equally important. The development direction of DronFast is to first understand the boundaries of a specific use scenario, then expand the proven flow. What's exciting about future city logistics is the possibility of building systems that can talk to each other as quickly as possible.

EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A QUESTION.

If we know where a parcel is going, could we manage its entire journey?

The capabilities of DronFast are wider than just showing a flight map. A common language can be set up where the operator and the receiver can view the same task from different windows. When the order situation is linked to the flight situation, the source of the delay can be identified; the moment the delivery is completed, it can be recorded. The first value may reduce the manual work of this coordination and base subsequent decisions on visible data.

THINK OF IT AS A SYSTEM.

Four parts.
One connected experience.

01

Create a task

Order, package, and delivery information will meet in a defined mission log. It aims to make problems such as a missing address or an uncertain delivery point visible before the flight begins; the operation makes an understandable start.

02

Planning the flight

At the planned level, the vehicle, route and conditions deemed appropriate by the operator shall be matched with the task. It remains clear how the digital plan responds to physical flight; the line on the screen is not a completed delivery.

03

Follow along .

Business operations, and the buyer can follow his order. Location and status information is transformed into meaningful updates; the system provides each user with the information they need instead of showing the same complex control screen.

04

Understand the result

Surrender, waiting, or assignment becomes a common recording language. Teams can study what happened; subsequent experiments can be planned more accurately from the tracks of the task being performed rather than from assumptions.

Before the distance, shorten the wait.

POSSIBLE EVERYDAY SCENARIOS

Technology matters
when it touches lives.

Let’s look at the intended experience through everyday life.

01

In-campus delivery

A pilot follows missions between two fixed points. First, the flow from the order to the delivery record is understood and tested for sustainability. The contingencies will be added to the mission log.

02

The journey of the technical part

A maintenance team takes care of the preparation and transportation of the waiting part on a single mission. The user value is to provide more comprehensive information about the future mother of the piece. The next step in the operation will be visible.

03

Shared screen of the operator

Work from a variety of sources can be grouped into a single task list. It's easier for the operator to tell which order is ready and which delivery needs attention. Priorities can be clearly defined by the team.

Today's experience,
What's tomorrow's business?

What tasks can the experience in this work accomplish with new tools?

The experience of carrying the package can be transferred to managing the work in the sky.

In the vision of DronFast, the drone delivery of some suitable deliveries may alter the specific duties of courier and shipping personnel. It may take less time to deliver a package on the same short-haul route, report the delivery status by phone, and manually compile the report of each flight. The courier knows why the delivery point is not found, who the package is to be delivered to, and where the customer is struggling. This field information can be transferred to the design of the new operation. Without putting the entire transportation of tires, trucks, and motorcycles in the same basket, it is necessary to look at specific areas where the load, route, and operating conditions change. As the physical transportation part of the job changes, follow-up, care, training, and human supervision may require different specialties.

Courier or shipping staff Drone tracking element

It monitors deliveries on the mission screen, sees gaps between packet preparation and delivery, and reaches out to the relevant team when needed. Field experience helps us understand why the location on the map can remain uncertain in the real world. Thanks to the system knowledge he gained through his training, he can not only communicate the delay to the client, but also to the right person which step needs to be solved.

The electronic maintenance technician Drone maintenance specialist

Within the scope of authority and training, the device reviews the status records, follows the maintenance plan, and reports findings that will stop the preparation of inappropriate equipment for duty. The fault-finding discipline is moving to the new hardware. The drone tries to understand when recurring problems are seen by comparing the system element and task data; it doesn't just leave the maintenance decision to automatic notification.

Operational quality or training employee Drone AI Supervisor

Automatically evaluates task suggestions and examples where the system remains undecided. It tracks which situation will be transferred to human control, shares the misclassification with the Drone AI Trainer, and checks the effect of the correction on the user experience. With control habits and open reporting skills, AI assessment and operating system training, he may find a new field of study.

Where's the new business idea? The areas to be explored for local businesses could be delivery point planning, mission tracking service, appropriate training, maintenance planning and evaluation of operational data. The starting question isn't how many drones to get, but which delivery flow can actually be improved. A narrow pilot can reveal what the business wants to pay for and what human expertise it needs.

EVIDENCE ALONGSIDE THE VISION

Around the world today
how far have we come?

The DronFast website is accessible and describes itself as a digital twin to B2B drone cargo in development. Companies like Wing are delivering commercial drones to certain areas.

THE DEVELOPMENT QUESTION

Just because the web platform is on the air doesn't mean the global physical delivery network is active. Getting different drone manufacturers and operators together in a common tracking layer is a breakout opportunity.

A BIG VISION. A MEASURABLE FIRST STEP.

What could we
try first?

Try order, location and delivery logs for a business and a limited area. First, verify the end-to-end flow with simulation or data from an existing operator.

A FEW MORE GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions worth asking.

Is DronFast currently delivering drone deliveries to all parts of the world?

No, I'm not. The fact that the web platform is on the air does not mean that the global physical delivery operation is active. Fast logistics around the world is a vision of the direction of this project. The operational scope shall be defined in conjunction with the vehicles, authorised operators, local conditions and verified service processes. This distinction must be clearly demonstrated to the user.

Is DronFast a drone manufacturer?

The approach on this page focuses on drone tracking and logistics coordination. Digital mission infrastructure is a product area different from the production of a particular aircraft. Linking status information from different systems to a common operational view is one of the key product opportunities that can be explored. The boundary between the manufacturer and the operating layer must be kept visible.

What does the first realistic experiment look like?

Two distinct points, a single task type and a defined operator, are a good starting point. First, the simulation or data from an appropriate operator can be tested together to record the order, flight and delivery. So you can understand the benefits of workflow before the flight demonstration. The results will help determine the next scope.
